The idea of using start and stop buttons with relay (in fact I wanted connector with NO&NC connects), to enable/disable another circuit. Since you press start (2nd button from left),  the coil gets current through NO connect - there is no need to keep it pressed anymore. When you press stop, you brake main circuit and connect opens.
