Question about diode models

I am looking for some advice about making realistic diode models using the EC parameters. Has the creator of EC ever published some sort of advice on using the parameters, I have similar issues regarding the BJT and Mosfet parameters and from comments I've read here I am not alone in finding the parameters on EC difficult to use

Thanks PrathikP, I shall look at them later on my PC as I'm unable to access the library using the mobile version of EC
