Current mirror set up with a first stage cascoded amplifier followed by a common drain amplifier with a capacitance load. 
Blue = small sine wave input w/ amp of 17uV
Green = cascode gain
Orange = total gain
Also the unity gain frequency is 40MHz
This says that if the input is at 40MHz frequency then the gain is reduced to 1
