В верху построенная приблизительная внутренняя схема RS триггера, с лева на право, внизу два RS триггера выполнены на двух элементах 2И-НЕ (2x2&-not), и двух элементах 2ИЛИ-НЕ (2x2OR-not), на четырёх элементах 2ИЛИ-НЕ (4xOR-not) выполнен RS триггер с вводом синхро импульса, имеет три входа: S ( установка, set), R ( сброс, reset), и С (часы, clock).
