Why this obviously bad obfuscated circuit, check this http://everycircuit.com/circuit/5378586375356416 while 1Vpeak is by far to much for a mic amplifier. BC548 is a nice transistor, but importante is also if its BC548A, B, or C? Anyway, i think for an amplifier which is first in a probably long chain of amplifiers its importante to use low noise transistors like the BC550C, cuz noise you have in the first stage gets amplified again and again. Its importante to spend most effort to get noise low in mic amplifiers !
