Left most capacitor is 5 to 50 pf adjustable to tune oscillator to operating frequency. 100 nf capacitor is to isolate crystal from DC voltage.
The two 1 uf capacitors and 100,000 Hz generator should be replaced with 100,000 Hz crystal.

Negistor symbol is NPN transistor with "N" marked between emitter and collector.
