Simple boost converter using PWM feedback to maintain a constant voltage output. Adjust the potentiometer to alter the output voltage from 4.4 volts to 15 volts.

Can also play around with the frequency of the triangle wave at the non inverting pin of the OP amp and the value of the inductor to vary the maximum output voltage

Why is your output capacitor 10nF!? Output and input filter caps should be atleast 100uF

Just did it to make this particular circuit work faster (the larger smoothing output capacitor made it take a lot longer for the output voltage to change in response to an adjustment of the potentiometer) but yes you are 100% right that cap should be a lot bigger and if it were it would have a much smoother output (instead of that sawtooth wave!)
