Some weird AGC I quickly cooked together. Shake to start.

Seem too much damping, the oscillation, is dropping slowly.

In the beginning you can see it rise, and at some point (or if you shake the phone), you see it fall. This means that the circuit will sooner or later find a balanced point on which to settle the oscillations.

Leave iy running for 10 or 15 minutes, i think it will stop, i haven't tried.thoigh.

place a dummy source 150Hz even the target seems to be 100Hz the result is 153Hz. Anyway with dummy source and do NOT shake it does get a stable output after some ups and downs instable AGC action. Quite a lot effort for this result. But as buggzy said, quckliy cooked

And in reality it is as simple enough as a lightbulb :D

at this place probaly not. Cuz a bulb is a PTC and this would increase the gain with increase of amplitude as collector resistor (gain is approx. Rc/Re) At the corrent place you can use any nonlinear component what a light bulb is, or a diode or a zener or a motor or just a nonlinear amplifier does not need any extra component. An OpAmp is to linear if its not clipping and needs an extra component to get soft nonlinearity. But this amplifier here is propably already nonlinear enough and does not need any extra component.
