Twin-T sine wave oscillator with AGC

I picked up this circuit from Arthur Hansen (https://consort3.wordpress.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/twin-t.pdf), but the simulation did not work properly. The oscillator was working, but the AGC loop never stabilized so the amplitude was varying strongly. I had reduce the 10 uF capacitor to 150 nF to make the simulation work. I built the circuit and it worked very well with a 10 uF capacitor. The simulator can probably not handle two so different time constants at the same time. (0.1 s for he AGC loop and 1 mS for the oscillator) without som "help". Any other suggestions?
