Turn off the source and after a short time the wire on the right turns on .. What is that delay??

Maybe it's the diodes junction capacitance slowly pulling the voltage over the the gates switch on threshold , but no. Hurz would probably most likely definitely maybe know :)

I also think that the delay bcus of diode capacitance when i removed the diode it didnt show the delay , you could realise that in waveform view with logic point ,input point and out point. You can get more delay with increased capicatance.

Check out the scope view with a 1 mf cap in series with the diode, and connect an led on the output it is interesting to see.

It is the junction capacitance, it is 5pF by default. You can change this with the dialer by selecting the diode. If you lower the capacitance to 10fF the reaponse is instant.
