Uh... an op-amp should have very high input impedance, around 1MΩ in a BJT-based op-amp. Other than that, it seems all right.

And the un-centered output, but I don't know how you'd center it with only 3 transistors.

I really should have tested before commenting. This op-amp's input impedance is around 2MR when input is near 0V. The 741's input impedance is given as 1MR.
