Capacitor for short voltage drop

Testing Capacitor to handle short term voltage drop, such as when a power bank board starts or stops receiving mains power. On some boards, this causes a short voltage drop.
That drop is enough to make something like a raspberry pi reset. I'll try this as a means of preventing that reset.
