Collector Current Hysteresis

Investigate the effect of the signal's frequency (period) on hysteresis of the collector current . It is worth also to take a look on the waveforms to see the nonlinear distortions (click first the highlighted node of the signal source and then the icon "eye+arrow" on the control panel).

Actually its not a real hysteresis, its cause as far i can see by the miller cap multiply by forward beta hFE (reduce to see a less open curve), and result in a phase shifting effect which looks like a schmitt trigger hysteresis, and even behave so. Really nice example!

@emogenet, your right that was stupid. After thinking about i do not found any arguments its not a hysteresis.
