Instructables at http://m.instructables.com/id/Simplest-Ever-DC-DC-Boost-12v-to-73v/ show one capacitor is 100 nf (not uf) . Needs ground on battery. Parts list specifies Darlington power transistor. Hope some of this is helpful.
