A idéia é criar um controle arcade bluetooth.

- Algumas 18650
- TP4056
- Placa zero delay

Criterios de aceite:
1 - O controle deve ter 10 botoes e 1 joystick.
2 - 1 switch que liga o modo bluetooth.
3 - 1 entrada usb.
4 - Ao conectar o cabo usb a bateria deverá ser carregada.
5 - O switch deve trocar a comunicação de usb para bluetooth, e vice-versa.
6 - Se o bluetooth e a usb estiverem desligados, então desliga o fornecimento da bateria.
