Actually according to the link this is just called a "Clark Zapper", which is a relief because I have serious doubts about "Doctor" Clark's medical credentials. From the link: "This device is used tocure, treat and prevent any disease. It will cure anything." Yikes. I can only hope it's as effective in curing gullibility.
