I found this on internet as fm transmitter. Low voltage source is mic and upper switch is antenna. Can you tell me is it working and how to stabilize frequency at 90Mhz? And if you know which transistor I should use?

I did this circuit on a breadboard with a 2n3904 transistor and it worked

And you can adjust the frequency by adjusting the inductor
