Invert main 9v battery as it is connected in reversely... And also add 10 micro feraday cap at control pin of 555.. then it vl work

The power supply is inverted, and the transistors should be connected different. There are many ways of doing this, here is one. http://everycircuit.com/circuit/4819941117394944
