There are many different standards, frequencies and transmission technologies used to replace the microphone's cable connection and make it into a wireless microphone. They can transmit, for example, in radio waves using UHF or VHF frequencies, FM, AM, or various digital modulation schemes.

The way you have chosen the topology it should be VHF (100.06Mhz) and the modulation technique will be FM. Its a shame that you cant reliably construct an FM transmitter in EC. I remember only one working circuit that was very complex and wasnt a frequency modulator per se but some modification of a pulse width modulator. It was made by pip i think. It has something to do with the fact that EC cant cope with the frequency difference between the modulation signal and the carrier. You cant set the time frame on low (1khz) and expect EC to represent a 100Mhz carrier. On the other hand AM is veeeery easy to make it work in EC.

Is the 1M - 1M resistor T at the top supposed to represent a dipole? I cannot get this to oscillate! Maybe it is meant to be shaken i.e. noise injection something which I cant see how to do using the chrome app
