From the circuit, in the +ve side there is a resistive load with 300 ohm supplying by a 300 V source which drives 1 A to the load.
In the other hand, we have -ve side with 300 V source and 100 ohm load, which receives 3 A through the load from the third wire (ground) and the +ve side.
