Only the source voltage, the simulator wants the peak value. 127*1.414=179.578. Round it to 180 volts. It is functioning as intended.

Increse output capacitor value. It reduces voltage ripple,but the load also dictates its filtering.

Circuits like this are normally very ripply, if you want smoother DC power regulation is required.
