Replacement for regular flasher to avoid fast flashing rates when replacing your vehicle regular bulbs to LED light. The 10k Ohms resistors and the 50uF capacitor, could be changed for faster or slower flash rates. Example: 100uF capacitor will reduce the flash rate. Also, 15k Ohms resistors instead of 10k, will reduce the flashing rate too. Have fun...
