Using two power supplies and common ground, I can create a constant voltage drop across a passive network(aka the load) and still have significant voltage or potential differences between the passive network(the load) 's negative terminal and common ground. This is to help makers that might not be able to understand the concept of multiple ground that float.. aka don't use a grounding strap.
