Turn the power switch "on". It osculates and amplify from the op-amp, then it charges and discharges through the 2.2mF(2,200uF) capacitor to the primary coil of the transformer collapses the field to the secondary coil, and it has alot more winding then the primary coil which steps up the voltage, last it charges and discharges as it charges through the capacitors to doubles the voltage through every capacitor.
