Turn the power switch "on". It osculates and amplify from the op-amp, then it charges and discharges through the 2.2mF(2,200uF) capacitor to the primary coil of the transformer collapses the field to the secondary coil, and it has alot more winding then the primary coil which steps up the voltage, last it charges and discharges as it charges through the capacitors to doubles the voltage through every capacitor.

it won't stun, it's more likely to annoy someone. Put 1k ohms from the output to ground to simulate human skin resistance. If you really want to stun someone with this circuit then fit that giant transformer to the end of a stick, and club them with it.

Faceblast is right. It takes about 50kV at 0.1mA WARNING ANYTHING MORE CAN AND WILL KILL! Don't build this or anything like it unless you REALLY know what your doing!
