Use a car Ignition coil and horizontal deflection transistors. I'm using an accel super coil 45kV out of a VN commodore. Throws sparks an inch with ease. Interferes with all wireless communications and stops pacemakers.

Real circuit needs bias set applicable to the transistors, big diode on the top rail, decouple cap etc to make it sing.
also this thing will kill you and others, so don't be a jerk with it
