Can't figure out why it won't toggle back on, any insight?

layout is a mess. It works but you have to slow the simulation to about 1micsec to let it calculate the transition, then speed it back up to 1 sec to discharge the cap

I've run into this problem a few times with similar circuits. EC will never do it in real time. One of them I had to slow down to 10-20us for the switch, then speed it back up to >10ms to recharge the cap, then back down to 10-20us to switch again. It is indeed, a pain.
