Can someone please tell me what I'm not seeing here, I would like to get an output of about 230v AC to the load. I made one irl a couple of years ago but I can't seem to remember how to make it work properly :/

Ok, first of all, having 230VAC doesn't mean that the Vpeak is 230V, it means the Vpeak = RMS×sqrt(2) = 230×1.141 = 325. Ok issue one resolved, Vpeak is 325VAC. Second, I recommend creating a square to sine wave converter before the transformer.
