A 1.5 volt battery, lights up a led anyway, all you need is a resistor!!!!!!!

@kiani you would need to explain me how 1.5V could light up a (e.g blue) LED with a thresholdvoltage of 3V or more. 1.5V will probablly light up most IR and some red LEDs but not too much more...

1.5V @ blue or white LEDs does result in one photon per minute. Or better said, nothing.
