This is a triangle wave generator. A sawtooth or ramp has a steep rise and a linear fall or vice versa.

I think that the triangle wave is when both the rise time and fall time are the same and sawtooth when one of the sides is shorter than the orher

No, hurz is right but not completely. As waveforms they are different, and they have different applications, but as mathematical functions they're similar. A triangle wave is basically one half of a sawtooth and a mirrored half of a sawtooth. Theoretically a sawtooth will have a zero fall time. This means we can neglect it. If the mirrored half starts immediately it'll create a triangle wave. Basically a triangle wave is the abaolute value of a sawtooth wave. But as I said as waveform they differ, so do their characteristics, that's why they're always referred with different names
