This circuit is a 4 bit circular shifting register. It is usually used in microprocessor systems. To operate here are several instructions:
1.) First, activate the logic input in the input of OR gate in the left most bottom. Wait until the data is loaded in the first flipflop. After one clock pulse deactivate the logic input.
2.) Choose between Circular Shift Left or Right. Activating the logic input in the most upper left will activate circular shift left, while activating the logic input at the right will activate circular shift right.
3.) The circuit will not operate properly if both are logical high.
4.) When both inputs are logical low, the data in the register will retain
