Simple circuit to work out voltages to make pen light trouble light that uses 120 volt line voltage, a 25 watt light bulb and a pen light connected with flexible wires to the pen light bulb inside pen light handle.  

If spot light is desired. a gummed reinforcement ring as used when snap ring note book binder page has paper tear out may be fashioned over bulb to narrow light beam.
