You can toggle between automated or manual counting. Theres an SPDT switch that lets you do so. This circuit can't switch from 9 to 0 directly, the letter A is seen for a short time. Don't worry. If you have a question , than feel free to ask.

I think if you change the AND gate to connect A and D it fixes that so A is not seen. Still very nice
