Blown Fuse indicator circuit.

SPST Switch = Fuse, 
Lamp = Device (motor, lamp, mag lock, etc.), 
LED lights up when fuse is blown. 
I use these, in various locations, in custom access control systems.

With one source of the alarm will not work! Certainly I would use the battery (eg 12V) and then separate circuit with signaling contact relay ...
