Due to the diodes and transistors orientations, plus the lack of a ground connection, there is no way your circuit can power the relay coil

Also, how were you planning on going about simulating a change in water level? Because I see no potentiometer to adjust. The voltage source? It’s the only connected power source in your circuit so the simulated input method can’t be that, either

It’s also difficult for me to see what the 555 timer chip is supposed to be doing in this situation, since it’s not wired in a configuration that I can recognize as functional on its own. There are no buttons, so it’s not monostable or bistable. Its pins are not connected to resistors or capacitors, so it’s not monostable or astable.
