Might have posted the first part. It don't blink cause you only have part of an astable multivibrator circuit. Look in the examples section for that circuit

I have seen relaxation circuits like this in real life but I think they don't work in a simulator maby because spice can't make heads or tails of it if you have an unconnected base.
