I don't know this FET. Best I can suggest is to look up it's key parameters, then find an equivalent FET in http://everycircuit.com/circuit/5282567524450304 and use its settings. As there was an (currently paused) debate on accuracy of the models in that lib, a reality check shouldn't hurt - and I'm sure the author would love some feedback wrt your observations.

Yes, its a IGBT. But why not modify the first question thread? Sure you cant find, cuz IGBT are not available, anyway its not a big deal to model one. Copy the info into this thread, if this information is needed for anybody.

This transistor has for example these values: Vces=600 V Ic25=56 A Vce(sat)=2.7 V Tfi(typ=32 's I can't figure out how to set the parameters for it in EC?

its not a single transistor. Its a IGBT, which is a BJT driven by a mosfet. Check out what a IGBT is.
