H bridge using Mosfets

The two switches on the left part are used to control the direction of motors and the 1.2ohm resistors are used as motors.. If the Mosfets used are logic level then this circuit can be easily controlled by using a microcontroller.. Since, Mosfets can handle high amount of current, so you can use this circuit to drive bigger motors but with proper heat sinking of mosfets, so they won't get fried.. Special thanks to @hurz sir for helping me at every part of this circuit.. - Divyanshu Harkhka

Looks good. Could you tell me the part number/datasheet link for the P-channel Mosfet please.

The part number depends on the demand of your circuit..

I was wondering which mosfet part number you used for your circuit as shown here, because it shows a p-channel depletion mode type which are virtually non-existent to buy from Farnell or ebay etc. If the circuit is thus non practical, then unfortunately it cannot be taken seriously and must be consigned to the box containing LEDs which glow nicely at 2000V, don't worry too much if there is not much room in there...it is already full of my junk! Hence I would be grateful if you could correct me by giving your part number.

Any mosfet p and nch that are in pair should work here

@ nikisalli. I wouldn't know either way about that cmos, but a board tested p mos number would be appropriate. ....just wondering if this double circuit presentation might have been rushed out a little prematurely before Hurtz' unusually helpful and patient dialogue was completed.

@harkhka....let's spell a name right if we are going to give true respect.....not like mine here!

yes.. any pair of P and N channel Mosfets will do the work.. But their Specs depends on your needs..

So you haven't decided on a p mosfet for your circuit here yet?

Oh boy, please start with the example section and stop teaching/confusing other users if you have no idea what you are doing.

N and PMOS here in EC are enhancement types!

I genuinely thought that the EC pmos was depletion. Now assuming that you are correct, we are all in a more knowledgable state. Your manner is marginally better, but some way to go yet. We struggle on.

We? You struggle, you are just waiting like a snipper to see a mistake by Harkhka. If you are new to electronic start at the example section and stop being a fraud.
Harkhka

Yes they are enhancement!

I have declared many times here on EC that electronics is only an interest of mine...thus I am no fraud and I claim no great knowledge in electronics. We all know that you are a very clever person and give you great credit and appreciation for your valued input. The time has come however for you to stop trying to prove that...You don't need to. Please take on a new ploy now and be kind in your manner to all who get things wrong and struggle to learn the electronics which they love. You can be greatly admired here, but you must put aside that domineering obnoxious attitude which does not do you any favours.

Relax bro.. I'm sure he didn't meant it the way you are thinking.. :)

Just looking at your circuit here now, I am wondering (definitely not stating!), It looks nice with those two bottom transistors handling the needed 12v. Would it be viable to dispense with the top two transistors and just use logic 5v pmos....just wondering if that would make their switching more definite and so reduce shoot-through or delay problems for each pair? Sorry if it is a stupid question.

@Harkhka, forget that fraud. He deleted again comments and its behaviour is dangerous. He changed from "Mr I know everthing about MOSFETs" to "Mr I have a stupid question". Im afraid this will not stop and he will change again to "allknown", this Mr 2cent. He loves being a pain in the ass and electronic is the last thing he loves. Just ignore him, i dont see another option.

Don't know what fraud is meant to mean here. I have tried hard to get you to see reason Hurz. This is a genuine inquisitive question. You hate it when anyone enquires with sensible questions. You always feel threatened by that, so it is time that I clarified my view of here: First of all we all know that you do not appear to have University degree qualifications in electronics. That has always bugged you, so you spend day and night scouring the internet in order to spring out with apparently great knowledge in order to confuse people whilst pretending to help them. No wonder you talk of fraud...it is because you are seeing that in a mirror. There is nothing wrong with scouring the internet, but whereas myself and others see our lack and weaknesses, you take on a dictator role who tries to intimidate others and force them out of the EC. Many people are probably waiting on the side lines to enter in to friendly inquisitive discussion here, but they are probably reticent to do so because they know that a venemous snake is lurking ready to spring out and put them down. You are a disgrace to the EC and a pathetic creature who we would be better off without. You have good electronic knowledge, but are delusional and like all delusional dictators, we will rise against you and bring you down. Now have your own say in reply which yet again will no doubt be full of lies and insults. Harkhka ..beware ....your circuit is looking good for Arduino control, but Hurz is now putting side tracking confusing difficult to follow uploads which will continue to put you down. He only appears reasonable to people who lick his boots and show awe at his greatness (lol).

As I expected, you hate electronic and love it to be a pain in the ass.

@Harkhka. Now that Hurz has suggested getting rid of the lower transistors and instead use Logic Level Mosfets, how about doing the same with the top? see NTD25P03L for pmos logic....just an idea.
