With CCS and a Comparator, all on a single rail 10V power supply...

Maybe I am missing something here. I don't see a triangle wave. What voltage amplitude does it have.

Shake your phone, it'll need noise to kick start.

I held my phone in the sun, pointing north at noon and then I saw the tringle wave, first on the horizon, then on my phone.

Ok!!! Edited the circuit, added a switch to start oscillation.

The problem was in the current sources, the can charge or discharge the cap linearly without a problem. But if the cap voltage gets too close to 10v or 0v, it'll force the transistort to their non-linear region. Which seems to cause the problem... so if you set the hysterisys of the comparator well clear off 0V and 10V you'll be good to go...
