I hooked up a smple 5 Volt llightbulb, but it's now not producing 5 Volt any longer? http://everycircuit.com/circuit/6364160515112960

Thumb of rule is, do not load a voltage divider with more then 10% of its quiescent current which is here 3.33mA. So if you load this divider with 333uA the voltage does drop to 4.78V. Its up to you if this "rule" fits your requirements. Here the voltage drop is 4.4% when you apply this rule, and still below 5% error. For most sitiations thats ok. But you see its just 333uA load not much current you can draw.
