More a synthesizer than FM transmitter.  It could be made to run at VHF for FM, but then either the internal capacitance of EveryCircuit transistors becomes a dominant factor or it requires a high-current op-amp.

A high current OpAmp is easy to prepare in this case, cuz the voltage adjustment is in a single quadrat you can extend the OpAmp with an voltage follower transistor.
