Supposedly a sawtooth generator

It doesn't work. The same circuit in LTSpice returns a waveform that is not quite a sawtooth, but if you squint your eyes and tilt your head, you'll see that it;s almost a sawtooth. Does anyone know why this doesn't have a solution?
