PT1000 simulator

I have met this problem before, and asked the community for help. I'll try again.
Why can't these kinds of closed-loop circuits  (involving op-amps) be solved ?
Am I missing something ?

The initial condition can't be solved to start the simulation. Put a switch between the 2.5v supply and the op-amp, then start the simulation with it open. Close the switch once the sim is running.

Switches between simulation of roughly -30 and +150 Celcius.
