This circuit uses a triangular wave to perform a DC sweep.  The currents and voltages are plotted in XY mode.  To change the range of DC sweep just change the LOW and HIGH values of triangular wave generator. 

This circuit can generate VI plot for any component by appropriately connecting the required element in series with the resistor,  triangular wave combination
