In the circuit, the non inverting input is grounded and the input is directly connected to the non inverting terminal .When input is in negative half cycle, the output is saturated at its negative extreme.When the input goes above ground level , the output immediately switches to positive saturation voltage. Each time the input signal crosses the zero level i.e ground level , the output switches from one saturation level to the other.This is non- inverting zero cross detector.
