First of all they way its made 64W are not possible. Second almost no current passes through the speaker.

I'm not sure where you are seeing 64W. It looks like ~100mW to me.

I build it.... I burn a 20W speaker. Now with a 100 W speaker 4 ohm by Laney , sound is 103 dB.. Only at 18 volt

What you have here is I^2*R= ~1A*4Ohm=4Watt If this should be a bridge configuration, then there is a connection at least missing to the lower power opamp. And the Amp does need an inverted signal

No.... I build it and it work perfectly... Very very low THD at max volume...
