A practical application for an SR latch which sets in a ready state indicated by the NO CHANGE condition.
If the logic source to SET is turned on it triggers an alarm indicated by the blinking red LED at the top.
The alarm stays triggered until RESET by sending a RESET signal which turns off the red LED and turns on the green LED indicating a ready state.
