The led in this app are configured at 2v and 20ma. 9v-2v=7v/20ma=350ohms for the current limiting resistor

The closest standard value of resistor available is 330 Ω

A couple of resistors in parallel would work also if one wanted exactly 350 ohm. In the E192 series at .5% tolerance, there is a 348 ohm. Also a wire wound at mouser.com of 350 ohm. The purpose was to show basic rule for an led current limiting resistor formula.
