Actually SR flip-flop. Added another, hoping to use gate capacitance in place of a separate capacitor. It gravitates toward +V/2, and now I see that the first cell very slowly does the same, so neither one is truly SRAM. Perhaps I can still use this in my plans... *strokes cat*
