Coils at DC do not have any effect and can be removed. DC sources have 0 ohm internal resistance and overrule anything else conntected to them inparallel. So whats left over in your curcuit is 15V source at a 2F capacitor. According to Q=C*U it stores 30As which is quite a lot!
