top left 4 logic switches = from(binary top 1 bottom 8); bottom left 4 logic switches = to(binary top 1 bottom 8); it compares the "to" variable with "=" so u need to wait sometimes a complete round and then ur changes will take an effect

You use 1 bit comparator to compare coming bits and given bits (bottom i.e to )and they give 1 when they matches and then load becomes 1 and circuit starts again. The fault with this circuit is that it always first starts with 1 and from next round it begins with desired digit. Try to improve it. :-) :D

yeah u right. But it starts always at 0. i think i can solve it with a manual load button so u can press it at the beginning. But then u need to press it and thats not cool :D. I could trigger the load always at 0 but then u cant count ie 8 - 2...

No for automatic action just put a xor gate .. whose input are logic 1 and o/p of and gate and o/p goes to reset of counter
